Morel Mushroom Festival
The Boyne City Morel Mushroom Festival is held in the middle of May and we have some of the best mushroom hunting in the state from the first of May to the first or second week in June. You can't find a better place in Michigan to pick these wonderful mushrooms.

The National Polish Festival, AlpenFest & The Venetian Festival
The summer months provide some of the most entertaining festivals in the area. The National Polish Festival is the first full weekend in August right in downtown Boyne Falls. The Polish Festival features music, food and loads of fun for the whole family. Book early for this event. AlpenFest in Gaylord and The Venetian Festival in Charlevoix are held in July.

Color Tour
Northern Michigan offers some of the most breathtaking color tours anywhere from mid September to late October.
